Tuition

The dance season runs from September 9 through June 1.

Tuition is based on the full season, and may also be paid monthly or seasonally. All regular class fees are included in tuition.

Costume fees are billed separately in January.

We have 3 options for tuition payments: Full season tuition, Seasonal plan, or Monthly plan.

*PBT is a 30min supplemental class, so it is charged as half of what a regular class would be, and would be invoiced either as the full year or as seasonal sessions as an add-on.

Notes

Monthly payments are divided into 9 equal payments.
Monthly payments are due September through May.
There is no June tuition payment for the monthly plan
Seasonal payments divide tuition into three installments.
- The spring/recital season payment is lower because the season ends on June 6.

Payment Terms

Registration is not complete until the first tuition payment is received.
Payments are due within 10 days of receipt of invoice. A 5% late fee may be added to overdue balances after the due date. We are always happy to discuss payment concerns before the due date.
Payments are non-refundable after 3 weeks into the Fall season
Payments can be made via cash, check made out to L'Ecole de Ballet, or PayPal @lecoledeballet.

Need-Based Scholarships

“Dream to Dance” is a foundation supported by generous donors. The mission of this fund is to provide aid to families that may be experiencing financial hardship. We believe that every dancer should have the opportunity to live out their dance dreams at L'Ecole de Ballet, and we will do our best to make our programs accessible to all. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this option.

Tuition for Additional Offerings:

Private classes & pointe screenings $50.00/session
Semi - Privates (2 - 4 people) $35/person
Private Series (6 weeks w/ individualized & tracked goals) $300

Costume Fees

Costume fees are charged per class. Our policy is to charge for costumes at cost with no markup. Costume fees are non-refundable once costumes are ordered, as costumes are ordered and made specifically for each dancer. Costume invoices will be sent in January.

Pre-Ballet, Beginner Ballet, Tap, Jazz: $60/costume

Levels 1&2 Ballet, Intermediate levels:$70/costume

Int/Adv levels, Teen, & Contemp 1: $75/costume

Pre-Pro, Pointe, Adv levels, and Contemp 2: $80/costume

If a student mentions your name on the registration form (under “How did you hear of L’Ecole de Ballet”), we will take $50 off your tuition bill for each new student you refer!
