Classical Ballet Programs

Our studio provides comprehensive classical ballet education. We utilize aspects of several methodologies, mainly Cecchetti, influenced by both RAD and Vaganova.

L’Ecole de Ballet offers a variety of styles to give our dancers a chance to try it all. First and foremost, we are committed to remaining one of the only local studios that provides true, classical ballet training. In the recital, we do a 30min section showcasing jazz, tap, and contemporary choreography. Then, we put on a full-length ballet. All dancers, ages 3-adult get to experience being a part of a cohesive storyline.

Pre-Ballet & Beginner Ballet

A young ballerina in a tutu performs on stage, sitting on the floor with one arm extended and the other resting on her lap. Her shadow is visible on the background.

First ballet lessons for our youngest dancers.

A smiling young woman with dark, wavy hair, reaching towards the camera with her arms outstretched and fingers extended, sitting on a bench in a blurred indoor setting.

Ballet Classes

Students are exposed to classical ballet repertoire at developmentally appropriate stages. They are grouped with similarly aged peers to work towards ballet standards aligned with age-based expectations in ballet repertoire.

Pre-Pointe & Pointe

Two ballet dancers performing on stage in costumes, one in a tutu and the other in a skirt, smiling with arms raised in dance poses.

Dancers may begin pre-pointe (with recommendation from faculty) at the age of 11. Dancers are expected to complete between 1-3 years of pre-pointe before starting pointe.

Preparatory & Pre-Professional Tracks

These tracks are designed for dancers who are serious about committing to consistent attendance, and aspire to train towards semi-professional and professional opportunities. Acceptance into these tracks is contingent upon skill-based criteria, as well as adherence to the attendance policy.
