Summer 2026 Programs

  • July 6th - 10th

    AGES 8-12

    9:30 - 4:00

    Join us to kick off the summer with a fun balance of dance, community-building, and creativity! Based off of one of our most popular programs (Summer Send-Off), students will participate in:

    • A warm up or welcome activity, 

    • Ballet class

    • Crafting/Creating 

    • Team-building activities & games

    • Choreographing

    • Video-making

    All students are paired with interns so each child has a mentor and point-person from day 1.

  • 4th-8th grade

    July 14th - July 18tth

    9:30-4:00

    It’s back!! Historically our most popular summer program, dancers will work together to plan, choreograph, and perform their own mini-ballet!

    • Collaborate to decide roles, build sets, and design costumes

    • Interpret music through the lens of a choreographer

    • Mini-performance in the studio for friends and family on Friday afternoon!

    If you know, you know! The thrill of choreographing a ballet in 1 week is an experience you never forget!

  • July 20th-24th

    AM Program only

    Ages 3-10

    9:00-12:00

    Younger students are paired with older students in a buddy system.

    The morning program uses a rotating, grouped schedule. For example, the older group may do a craft while the younger group does ballet class, then swap. A typical morning includes performance-themed activities:

    • Welcome activity & movement/warm-up

    • Games

    • Ballet class

    • Crafting / Creating

    • Mentor Time (younger students are paired with older students to work on basic skills)

    • Snack & stories

    Optional lunch bunch 12-12:30 for additional fee

  • July 20th-24th

    Afternoon Program only OR Full Day program w/ assisting in the morning

    Ages 11+

    12:00-4:00

    12:30-4:00

    Students work with licensed, experienced teachers to learn the basics and intricacies of providing quality dance education in an evidence-based manner.

    • Classroom management

    • Differentiation of instruction

    • CPR & First Aid Certification

    • How to effectively assist a class

    • How to effectively utilize an assistant

    • Learn stages of child development and how they- impact dance

  • Ages 11+

    August 3rd-7th

    9:30 - 4:00

    This program is designed for the advanced and emerging-advanced dancers. For details regarding program criteria, please visit our program descriptions at Preparatory & Pre-Professional Tracks — L'Ecole de Ballet

    A typical day includes:

    • Welcome & gentle warm-up

    • Ballet class

    • Targeted stretch & strength, PBT, and Conditioning Sessions

    • Cross-training sessions

    • Variations

    • Pointe or pre-pointe

    • Focused deep dives on various different ballet methodologies and styles

    • Individual feedback with high expectations of working towards improvement

  • Ages 12+

    August 10th-14th

    Daily times vary based on scheduled activities.

    Join us in sending off the Summer with our most popular program! Past summers have included activities and field trips like:

    • Boda Borg

    • Beach Day

    • Aerial Yoga

    • Lock-in sleepover

    • Crafting & games

    • Informational sessions with our Athletic Trainer, Amanda Donahue

    Field trips and activities are selected depending upon the number of participants. We recommend registering ASAP to secure a spot.

  • Summer Internship

    Ages 11-13

    This unique opportunity will focus on learning leadership skills and developing relationship-building skills, while assisting the instructor with the day-to-day aspects of running programs. Interns will attend at least 3 weeks of our summer programs, participate in coaching and preparation sessions before the day starts, and get feedback along the way, including consult times with a licensed teacher. Other responsibilities and activities include:

    • Private and semi-private lessons with individualized feedback

    • Direct collaboration with teachers and staff

    • Personalized feedback in both dance and supporting in class

    • Work with assigned 'buddies' to make sure they take snack/lunch breaks, bathroom runs, pack up help, and in-class support

    Summer Trainee

    Ages 14+

    Our trainee program is designed to build on our more advanced dancers' leadership skills and provide opportunities to expand their skill sets around teaching, planning, and representing our studio. Those entering the trainee program are considered trainees year-round, may be asked to assist or co-teach classes during the year, and are expected to take on the responsibility of being a studio representative. This includes things like:

    • Working with staff to design lesson plans

    • Co-teaching

    • Teaching with direct observation and feedback from a licensed teacher.

    • Assist with planning and building programs with the LDB team.

    • Run activities and crafts with younger students

    Trainees are scheduled to be at the studio daily for Summer Programs, with one optional day off per week

  • 1 week (full day) - $430

    2 weeks (full day) - $765

    3 weeks (full day) - $1,085

    4 weeks (full day) - $1,445

    5 weeks (full day) - $1,750

    Young Dancers ½ Day - $300

    Teacher Training Sessions ½ Day-$300

    Teacher Training Full Day - $430

    Summer Send Off - $430

    Dance Internship/Trainees - $1,800-$2,000 based on # of weeks attending. 3wk minimum, includes the cost of weekly programs

    *Early drop off or late pick up +$75/wk

Summer 2026 Tuition

A non-refundable $50 deposit per family is due at the time of registration to hold your spot for week-long programs. The balance is due on or before the first day of your program.
