Students are introduced to the basics of tap. This includes foundational tap skills, vocabulary, and sequences.

Grades 1-4

Mondays 4:30-5:00

Dress code: black tap shoes

Students expand upon their knowledge of tap skills and vocabulary and put that knowledge to work. This class involves lengthier combinations and an expectation of clear tap sounds while dancing.

Wednesdays 4:30-5:15

Dress Code: black lace-up, full-sole tap shoes

Instructor: Zoe

Students in advanced tap are expected to be familiar with tap vocabulary, skills, and sequences. This class is fast-paced with an expectation of learning choreography relatively quickly. Students may occasionally be asked to tap individually so the teacher can hear their tap sounds more clearly.
